Grill a nice BBQ on the rear deck while enjoying the view of Stoneybrook Trail, trees and foliage.  In the winter,Ski in and ski out directly on the desirable snow-making Stoneybrook Trail.  In the summer, Attitash has horseback riding, the Mountaincoaster, rides, pools, and more. Mountainside also features a tennis court, heated outdoor pool and lots of summertime fun.

• One main ski advantage of the location is that Unit #55 is located “high above” the cross-over trail fordirect ski access to Bear Peak. Take your pick; Ski directly to Attitash or Bear Peak from your back door!

 

• Unit #55 is located on Stoneybrook Trail.  Location is desirable because it is an “early” snow-making trail, and it is the main return from Bear Peak to Attitash Base Area/Lodge.

 

• Two convenient outdoor ski lockers; one is located at the front entrance near the driveway, and the other ski locker is on the rear deck by the trail.

 

• Another advantage is the great location for parking. The “turn around” at the top of Mountainside’s main road where #55 is located has plenty of parking.

 

• Also, there is private parking for TWO vehicles directly in the front driveway.
