The ultimate ski getaway boasting over 3,000 square feet of living space! This fairly private community consists of 15 units – rentals are not encouraged, as owners prefer to keep units owner occupied. The association recently voted not to allow rentals under 30 days.

These units have three large levels of living space. They offer multiple fireplaces, large living rooms, and huge opportunities for FUN!

There is on-site pool and tennis. Cranmore Mountain is just down the road!

These units sell in the upper $300k range and have a monthly association fee of $500.

*The monthly fee sounds high – but there nice amenities split between only 15 owners – that’s why.
